Massachusetts is one of the few Attorney-Only states, requiring that an attorney's office conduct the actual closing.  (See Executive Order No. 455 (03-13)).  Our office conducts several hundred Witness-Only closings a month.

• close anywhere and anytime the borrower wishes, usually in the comfort and convenience of their home; and
